Welcome to the international digital platform for culture and leisure: Zzap-online.eu. 

- Fill in your name, address, and contact information on the registration form.  Your name, town/city, country, and e-mail address are required fields. Filling in the other fields is optional.  

 - Under “Club”, fill in the name of the club you wish to join. The editorial staff will determine, on the basis of your activities, whether you may be eligible to be listed in more than one club. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard. 

- You select your own user name and password. As soon as you have sent the registration form, you can use your user name and password to log in to the home page of Zzap-online.eu. This will take you to a menu where it is possible to change your details and create your own page, and from where you have access to the club calendar.

- You have three options for your personal page: an advertorial page, a photo page, or a video page. There are no limits on how often or frequently you can change your page form or the information on your page.

-Zzap-online.eu is for free!

Translation service

- An advertorial page can contain a maximum of 250 words. This can be in French, German, Dutch, and English. If you don’t want to translate your text yourself, you can take advantage of the Translation service. The text on your page is translated into the languages you have indicated on the registration form by a professional translation agency which works with native speakers. The translated text is sent to you via e-mail, so that you can load it onto your page.

- The standard price for the Translation Service is 50 euros per translation, excluding VAT, regardless of the number of words in your text.   When you would like to order translations, mail to: info@zzap-online.eu

 Video service

- On a video page, you can introduce and explain your activities by means of a video presentation. You need to first post the video on YouTube. We will make a direct link to this video so that it can be seen via the Zzap-online.eu web portal.

- If you would like to have a video made for you, you can request this via our Video service. We will bring in a professional video production company, working in your own language. The cost of a standard two-minute video presentation is 1000 euros, excluding VAT. For this price you receive:
              - a maximum of 4 hours for preliminary meeting, script, and preparation
              - a maximum of 4 hours shooting with a single-person crew
              - a maximum of 4 hours of editing work
              - one music track: 100 euros extra
              - voice-over: 150 euros extra per language

- Special wishes regarding the length of the production time for the video presentation will be charged an additional fee.  If you indicate that you would like to take advantage of the Video service, the production company will be brought in right away.
